Recommended Usage
Fire Cider is full of common medicinal herbs and can be taken as a daily tonic to support balance across multiple systems in your body. Take 1 Tbsp a day to gently boost the body’s natural health-processes. Take up to 3 Tbsp a day while experiencing cold symptoms to help aid and fuel immune response.
This tonic can also be added to soup, salad, broth, olive oil to make salad dressing, or add it to tomato juice to make a Bloody Mary with an extra kick.
