Orders, & Shipping
All of our products are intentionally packaged and shipped in sustainable packaging. Every formulation is made in small batches by our team and mindfully packaged in low waste materials – paper and glass.

Where’s My Order?
All orders receive tracking information via your confirmation email. Orders that are in stock will ship out within 3-5 business days from the day of processing, unless the product is on backorder. Please allow delivery carriers 5-7 days to deliver your order. If your order has not turned up, please email us at info@ritual-remedy.co.
Our studio ships Monday-Friday every week. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.
On occasion, there is a delay in shipping due to a backlog of product creation and high demand.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on US orders over $100.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, not at this time.

Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, cancellations can only be accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. Please note, once an order ships, shipping is non-refundable. If your order has not yet shipped, we can process a full cancellation and refund to the original form of payment used.

Can I make a return?
Due to the handmade nature of all our products, we do not offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges. Since our products are made with natural ingredients, they cannot be resold once opened. Please contact our team prior to ordering should you have any specific questions on our products.
In extenuating cases, as determined by our team, a return will only be offered on a non-herbal or apothecary product. We reserve the right to limit or refuse a return based on internal policies. In addition, we cannot refund any processing fees that were incurred for any purchase.
If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact info@ritual-remedy.co and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can’t find your package?
Carriers sometimes mark packages as “delivered” when being passed off from one carrier to another. Please allow 1–2 additional business days for your package to arrive or reach out to the carrier directly with additional questions.
Once your package leaves our warehouse, we no longer have any further information beyond the tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost packages due to an error with the USPS system. Please make sure you have a secure shipping address, and please email us if you would like to add signature confirmation with your order. We recommend calling your local postal office and asking them about your delivery if lost. You can also file a claim with them; however, this is not our responsibility.
Please double check your shipping address before you place your order. We cannot change the address once it is shipped out and will need to receive a reshipment fee before we resend any package out due to an incorrect shipping address.

How are your products packaged?
Our product packaging is designed to protect the high-quality botanicals and earthy goods inside. We use a variety of materials including glass, multi-layer paper, recyclable tin, and boxes to keep the botanical goodness inside fresh. We pride ourselves on intentional packaging, to ensure your order arrives safe and sound.

Are all of your products organic?
We strive to sell all organic products whenever possible. If a product is not organic, it is labeled as such and cultivated without chemicals, or wild harvested. Our ingredients meet strict specifications and are free from adulterants and contamination, including pesticides.

Are the essential oils used in your products THERAPEUTIC grade?
The essential oils offered in ritual remedy products are 100% pure essential oils. These essential oils are suitable for aromatherapy, cosmetic, and for the production of body care products. Due to regulatory concerns, we do not recommend any essential oil for internal use. Pure essential oil is extremely concentrated and many are dangerous if ingested.
